"Multi AC Constant Current Power Supply" suitable for virtual load testing of circuit breakers, etc. ◎ Case studies available.
This is an AC constant current source capable of single-phase/three-phase output with a single unit. In addition to commercial frequency, it can also output at 400Hz. It is suitable for testing reactive loads such as circuit breakers.
The "Multi-Output Constant Current Power Supply" operates as a current source, unlike a typical voltage source, allowing it to continuously output a constant current value and waveform even when the impedance of the device under test changes. By connecting multiple units in parallel, it can accommodate various requirements such as high capacity and large currents by using an external step-down transformer. It is also possible to create test benches for circuit breakers and other devices. It is suitable for tests and verifications that require reference current waveforms, such as circuit breaker energization tests, CT accuracy tests, and current inputs for power meters. With three output terminals and phase control for each output, it can provide single-phase or three-phase output with a single unit. Additionally, it has the capability to superimpose harmonics up to the 20th order for each output, allowing for distortion control. 【Features】 - Operates as a constant current source even in short-circuit conditions, enabling large current tests with minimal power supply during virtual load testing. - Capable of superimposing harmonics up to the 20th order. - Outputs low distortion current waveforms with a total harmonic distortion of 0.5% or less (at rated output). - Complies with JIS standard tests with a single unit. - Supports 200% energization tests on circuit breaker production lines. - Response time (time to reach set value) is less than 200 ms. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Since the time of the Sunshine Project at the current Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, we have developed simulated power sources, measuring instruments, power conditioners, and more, in response to requests from organizations such as the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. Based on these achievements, we have commercialized our products and expanded sales to various research institutes and manufacturers, proudly positioning ourselves as a niche leader in this field. We specialize in the development of products and systems that combine hardware and software, including simulated power sources such as solar cells and storage batteries, load devices necessary for grid connection testing, and testing systems that operate these components collectively. We also have extensive experience in solar cell measurement, and our I-V curve tracer is widely used not only for the maintenance of solar power plants but also for research and development purposes at manufacturers, research institutions, and universities. We have numerous delivery records of automated measurement systems that incorporate measuring instruments and load devices. Development of power electronics equipment that combines analog and digital technologies, development of control software using DSP, and construction of PV measurement systems are among the services we offer, tailored to meet our customers' needs.
