The Gen3 3D NAND-equipped SSD X-7x family features an average endurance of 3000 erase cycles and a guaranteed operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C, with module types ranging from 30GB to 1TB (960GB) and 2.5-inch SSDs from 240GB to 2TB. It offers SATA-III 6.0Gbit/s, 73k IOPS random R/W, and sequential R/W performance of 565MB/s and 495MB/s. Additionally, the high-performance page-based FTL firmware eliminates the effects of read disturb, simultaneously processing read refresh, ECC error handling, and read retries to improve uncollectable pages dependent on temperature conditions. It is equipped with a "FW field update function" that allows firmware to be updated to the latest version even after system installation.
