The processed product is a plate-shaped honeycomb manufactured using a honeycomb manufacturing machine and processed with wire cutting. Our honeycomb core is produced using spot welding, which gives it conductivity and allows for additional processing through wire cutting. As a result, it is used in cases where the shape of the joining counterpart parts is angled or stepped, or when the width dimension accuracy of the plate-shaped honeycomb is around ±0.25. Furthermore, due to the wire cutting process, there are no burrs on the processed surface.
