The "λ-Impulse" is a nanosecond/picosecond semiconductor optical amplifier capable of generating 1 nanosecond Fourier limit linewidth pulses. On-demand pulsing with a maximum repetition rate of 125 MHz. The pulse width is as short as 1.3 ns.
