◆Noise figure: ≤8dB ◆CoS・Butterfly package ◆Customizable for silicon photonics platform
◆Low ripple (≤0.3dB), high gain (≥20dB), wide bandwidth (≥45nm) ・Gain: ≥20dB ・Ripple: ≤0.3dB Denselight has released a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) in the C-band. This product is a low ripple SOA with AR coating on both sides, designed to have high gain and wide bandwidth when operated at a stable temperature. It is possible to customize this SOA for efficient coupling by flip-chip bonding and matching the platform's waveguide and mode.
