"Oba-K2" is a slicer for burdock, cucumber, daikon, and carrot. It cuts at an angle, quickly, beautifully, allows for dimension adjustment, and separates scraps. Long materials (1-2 pieces of burdock or cucumber) are placed in the cutting feed tube and are shaved due to the drop height. Additionally, it produces high-quality products with angled cuts.
