Here is the cleaning method for "Selpurge NX for hot runners." Please be sure to use a grade suitable for the resin being used. There are two methods, but the amount of Selpurge used is almost the same in either case. 【Method 1】 ■ Perform an air shot of Selpurge with the mold open - After completing the molding of the preceding resin, set the molding conditions and repeat weighing and injection. - In a valve gate hot runner, open and close the gate during weighing and injection. - It is more effective to reduce the weighing amount and increase the frequency of gate opening and closing. *If you would like a sample, please contact us or download the sample request form and feel free to apply via fax.
