Especially in hot runners, please select a grade suitable for the resin you are using to prevent the residue of purge agents in dead spaces. "Cell Purge," in addition to its good compatibility, significantly contributes to self-extraction through surfactants. Surfactants increase the contact angle θ when discharging the front material, making it easier to discharge, and then play a role in facilitating the discharge of the Cell Purge itself when replacing it with the back material. In other words, surfactants exist at the interface between the Cell Purge and the metal surfaces of the cylinder/screw, allowing the Cell Purge to slide along the cylinder/screw surface.
