Pipe expansion and contraction (punch processing) achieves a longer processing distance than conventional methods!
This is a pipe expansion and contraction product using punch processing. We have achieved a longer processing distance than conventional methods without using hydraulic forming.
For long-distance expansion and contraction processing, hydraulic forming is available as a method that does not cause molding defects. However, this method requires specialized molding equipment, resulting in high production costs, and it was necessary to seal liquids or gases inside the pipe during the forming process. Our company's punch method for expansion and contraction processing eliminates these issues and enables processing at a lower cost. Of course, bending after processing is also possible. If you are struggling with buckling or cracking, or if you want to increase the processing distance, please feel free to consult us.
