Amazing CNT lubrication effect! Introducing the mechanism of nano-colloidal oil spray, etc.
We present the experimental results and comparison table when using the lubricant "Nano Koro Oil Spray," which incorporates CNT (carbon nanotubes) using a unique manufacturing method into a highly permeable lubricant. A comparison table comparing the stability of friction resistance values against high-grade lubricating oils is also included. 【Experimental Results】 Comparison of friction coefficients on metal surfaces using various lubricants ↓ ◎ The friction coefficient is about 40% of that of general lubricants! *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**[Mechanism]** CNT has the characteristic of rolling performance, where CNTs dispersed in lubricating oil penetrate into micro and nano gaps, acting as bearings within the oil. Additionally, even when the oil is about to dry out, CNTs remain for a long time, significantly enhancing performance even in boundary lubrication conditions. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

No surfactants used! Achieving uniform dispersion of carbon nanotubes (CNT) in pure water with unique technology! We solve various problems with products containing CNT. Jaymax Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 as the CNT planning and sales division of Taisei Kaken Co., Ltd. We are engaged in the development of applications and sales of related products containing a water solution called 'Nano Sumi,' which uniformly disperses CNT in pure water using our unique technology, as well as CNT addition processing services. By incorporating CNT, the friction coefficient in lubricants is as low as 0.057μ, which is about 40% lower than that of general lubricants, providing excellent sustainability and lubricity. Additionally, CNT can withstand temperatures of 750°C in air and over 2000°C in a vacuum, making it suitable for use as cutting oil and ideal for preventing seizing in critical areas.
