We support optical measurements such as photoluminescence measurement and evaluation of optical semiconductors.
This product is a cryostat that continuously flows liquid helium to cool samples. It supports optical measurements such as photoluminescence measurements and evaluations of optical semiconductors. The size of the optical entrance window can be manufactured from φ5 to φ50 mm. An optional low-temperature shield shutter can be installed to reduce the evaporation of helium at extremely low temperatures. Additionally, while quartz glass is the standard material, other materials for the window can also be used. 【Features】 ■ Continuously flows liquid helium to cool samples ■ The size of the optical entrance window can be manufactured from φ5 to φ50 mm ■ An optional low-temperature shield shutter can be installed ■ Other materials for the window can also be used (standard material is quartz glass) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We provide equipment ranging from high-pressure gas (generally 15MPa: 150kg/cm²) to ultra-high vacuum regions (1x10⁻⁹Pa: 1x10⁻¹¹TORR), including both standard and custom products. Additionally, we can offer environments from high-temperature regions (2300°C) to ultra-low temperature regions (-270°C) as part of our equipment. Specifically, we can design and manufacture high-temperature vacuum heat treatment furnaces and vacuum low-temperature experimental devices upon consultation. Of course, we also provide utility piping for various equipment, as well as gases for the atmosphere and process gases. Please feel free to consult us with any inquiries.
