At Yell Service Co., Ltd., during restoration work, in cases of homes with strong odors, we used to borrow ozone generators from partner companies for ozone deodorization. However, there were instances where the partner company's ozone generator was unavailable due to scheduling conflicts, causing delays in the ozone deodorization work. Therefore, we introduced "Ozone Made." As a result, customer satisfaction improved, and the ozone deodorization process became more efficient. We specifically perform ozone deodorization in rooms with particularly strong odors, and during this process, we charge additional fees from the property owners and management companies. By being able to conduct ozone deodorization without borrowing ozone generators from partner companies, we were able to increase our sales.
