We would like to introduce a case study of the ozone generator implemented at Higashiyama Shikikaboku. There was a significant burden on the staff due to the need for speedy deodorization of perfumes and body odors from previous guests, in addition to the usual operations and the requirement for alcohol spray disinfection as a measure against infectious diseases. In response, we introduced the "Ozone Cluster 1400." The staff found it very easy to use and it placed less physical strain on them, which was well received. It also became possible to reduce the number of areas requiring alcohol disinfection indoors.
