【Service Content】 ■ GHS-SDS/Label Creation According to Article 10 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, which will be enforced from January 1, 2020, the "Hazardous Chemical Labeling and General Rules" stipulates that SDS must be prepared in accordance with this regulation. Taiwan has fully implemented GHS since January 1, 2016, and it is mandatory to provide labels and SDS for all chemicals classified as hazardous under the Republic of China National Standard (CNS) 15030. The following substances are classified as hazardous materials and harmful substances. 〇 Hazardous Materials: Those that conform to the national standard CNS15030 classification and have physical hazards. 〇 Harmful Substances: Those that conform to the national standard CNS15030 classification and pose health hazards. 〇 Mixtures: Those that exceed the harmful concentration control for health hazards classified in Appendix 3. ■ CBI Application Service 〇 Certification recognized as national security or trade secret information. 〇 Measures to protect national security product trade secret information. 〇 Evaluation of economic benefits for the applicant and their competitors. 〇 Explanation and certification of the hazardous classification of "hazardous chemical components" in the product.
