DUROXITE100 is a wear-resistant overlay steel plate that is effective against sliding wear! It is suitable for applications subjected to abrasive wear and medium to low levels of impact.
DUROXITE100 is a "wear-resistant overlay steel plate" made by welding a chromium-rich wear-resistant material onto a base plate made of ordinary steel. It maintains wear resistance in environments up to 350°C and can sustain a general surface hardness of 55 HRC even in high-temperature ranges up to 540°C. 【Features】 ■ Guarantees the same wear resistance up to 75% of the overlay from the surface ■ Provides a good combination of wear resistance and homogeneous bonding with carbide composition ■ Good formability due to fine cracking patterns on the overlay surface *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.
