The Reactor-Ready laboratory reactor allows for synthetic reactions from -70°C to 230°C up to 20L with easy operation via PC control.
Reactor-Ready Lab Reactor Radleys, a UK company, started in 1966 as a glassware manufacturing company and now primarily sells synthetic equipment such as lab reactors, parallel synthesis, and reactors worldwide. The main users are major pharmaceutical companies, chemical companies, and universities around the globe. The Reactor-Ready lab reactor can perform synthetic reactions of up to 20L, and vessel exchange can be done in a matter of minutes. The reaction temperature ranges from -70°C to 230°C, and vessel sizes can be selected from 5, 10, 15, and 20L. If necessary, the addition of AVA software can automate the setting of test conditions and data management. There are three types of Reactor-Ready lab reactors: - Reactor-Ready: Vessel sizes from 100ml to 5L - Reactor-Ready Pilot: Vessel sizes from 5L to 20L - Reactor-Ready Duo: Two vessels with sizes from 100ml to 5L

**Features** - Jacketed vessels can be exchanged in a few minutes. - The height and inner diameter ratio of the vessel is (1.25:1), similar to plant scale. - Jacketed vessels for reduced pressure of 5 and 10 liters can be used. - Reactor-Ready Duo allows for the use of two vessels of the same or different sizes under different reaction conditions, with the second vessel also serving as a transfer vessel for two-stage reaction liquids or as a raw material supply vessel. - By adding PC software, temperature, stirring control, and data recording can be achieved, allowing for centralized management of scales, pumps, pH meters, etc.
