◆SCPMb (Basic Type) A type that integrates a high-efficiency vacuum generator with a valve that can be selected from NO/NC. It is capable of vacuum suction/vacuum release.

◆SCPMc (Energy-saving Function Type) The valve and vacuum switch are integrated, and the electrical wiring can be consolidated into a single line. It is equipped with an air-saving function that minimizes air consumption during suction transport. The display on the top of the main unit allows for monitoring of vacuum pressure values and the occurrence of air leaks.

◆SCPMi (High-Performance Type) In addition to the functions of SCPMc, this high-performance type integrates a vacuum switch compatible with IO-Link communication. It allows for the confirmation and modification of set values from locations outside the equipment or away from the manufacturing site, and it can also continuously acquire various measurements that are useful for monitoring conditions such as vacuum pressure and air leakage.
