Introducing the technology for performing Dychron processing on the inner diameters of various mechanical parts.
This document outlines the machining technology for processing the inner diameters of various mechanical parts using Dychron. We adopt the unique Dychron processing method "IDEM" = Individual Electrode Method. By applying current individually, we select appropriate connection materials during assembly to form a uniform Dychron coating. Additionally, the manufacturing technology for auxiliary anode jigs is tailored to each item, allowing for excellent machining capabilities that can accommodate complex shapes. [Contents] ■ Adoption of auxiliary anode jig mounting method ■ Adoption of IDEM ■ Versatile machining method that can accommodate various shapes ■ Resource recycling technology that allows for regeneration *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
