Applications/Examples of results
We have assembled a kit consisting of the essential basic components needed to start optogenetics. <Light Source> When using channelrhodopsin (ChR2), an LED light source with a wavelength of 460-490nm is recommended. If higher intensity is required, a 473nm laser light source can be chosen. For variants, laser light sources of 450nm, 488nm, and 520nm, as well as LED light sources of 455nm, 490nm, and 530nm may also be used. When using halorhodopsin (NpHR), an LED light source with a wavelength of 589nm is recommended. For other light-activated proteins, we offer several dozen wavelengths with LED light sources.
