The main component is EPDM rubber, which possesses excellent properties among general-purpose rubbers, such as heat resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance (acid and alkali). Advanced foaming technology allows for foam control in the range of 8 to 30 times. The cell structure responds to user needs through various foaming techniques, ranging from independent bubbles to semi-independent bubbles and continuous bubbles. Lucira is a foaming joint material used to fill the gaps in structures such as painting, civil engineering, vehicles, and equipment (electric, housing, facilities). It is made by foaming a mixture of synthetic rubber EPDM, and depending on the compression ratio of the foam, it can be used for waterproofing, windproofing, dustproofing, soundproofing, and insulation. 1. It has excellent weather resistance (2000 hours of weather resistance), cold and heat resistance (-20°C to 100°C), and chemical resistance (acid and alkali). 2. Since the compression load (stress) is small, it does not deform the structure after filling the joints. 3. It can be easily compressed. 4. It adapts to gaps with rough surfaces and the expansion and contraction of structures with temperature differences, ensuring good water tightness. 5. There is no leakage of components from the foam during heating or compression. 6. It is lightweight (specific gravity 0.15), and the foam does not fuse together, making installation and storage easy.
