Proposing aluminum titanate as a filler material with low thermal expansion.
Aluminum titanate is known as a low thermal expansion material and is used in the ceramics field. General powdered aluminum titanate is not suitable as a filler for resins or rubbers because it is a raw material for ceramics. Our company has developed a micro-filler of aluminum titanate with high whiteness and uniform particle size based on a precipitation method. It can be used as a low thermal expansion filler, high dielectric constant material, and ceramics raw material. In addition to the standard type, we also offer a decomposition suppression type that overcomes the ease of decomposition of aluminum titanate at high temperatures (900–1100°C). 【Features】 ■ High whiteness aluminum titanate synthesized based on a precipitation method ■ Suitable as a filler for resins and rubbers ■ Available in both standard and thermal decomposition suppression types *We have prepared a PDF document that describes an example of aluminum titanate. If you need more detailed information, please feel free to contact us.

Kawai Lime Industry Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing and selling quicklime, dolomite, and hydrated lime at its three domestic locations since its founding in 1885, with the main production of alumina hydrate bauxite "Serashur" taking place at its headquarters in Minato. The company is also actively engaged in the development of functional inorganic materials that add value based on lime and bauxite. As the Fourth Industrial Revolution progresses, we will incorporate this technology into production and quality management, continuously challenging ourselves to achieve optimal manufacturing and sales.
