Our factory is equipped with machining centers manufactured by Okuma Corporation and Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd., where we perform machining of various steel materials. All processing is carried out on machining centers to improve the precision of parts. The design department constantly checks the parts and strives to strengthen quality control, utilizing know-how from the time of establishment. Furthermore, we also conduct maintenance and inspection services for all types of machinery. Among these, the specific voluntary inspections of power presses, which are mandated by law, are particularly emphasized to ensure that our customers can work safely. Fujimura Iron Works has obtained qualifications as an inspection agency and supports power presses from many manufacturers.
