This is an LD driver designed for light sources. It is compatible with semiconductor laser modules in a butterfly package. The pulse width can be controlled in a range from a minimum of 500 ps to continuous wave (CW). This product has a built-in pulse generator, allowing it to generate high-precision pulses in response to requests from external TTL signals.
