Underground obstacle removal work "Multi-Drill Method" can be performed in narrow spaces and along walls!
The construction machinery has good mobility and can accommodate overhead restrictions. It has a maximum diameter of Φ1500, a maximum depth of 50m, and features low noise and low vibration, with a proven track record in ultra-narrow sites of approximately 56 square meters!
Our company offers the "Multi-Drill Method," which features a multifunctional drilling machine capable of operating not only in full rotation but also in narrow spaces and along walls. We have powerful multi-drill drilling machines such as the SR-45 and SR-20, manufactured by Italy's SoilMec, which can handle any geological conditions, as well as MD250 and S-15 models. Even in sites with overhead restrictions, we can perform construction using a low-headroom middle mast specification. Additionally, we have made corner construction and wall-side construction possible, which cannot be achieved with BG or MRT methods. By exchanging tools, we can accommodate multiple construction methods with the same drilling machine, making it an economical solution. We also possess original tools that enable a wider range of more efficient construction. 【Features】 - Capable of drilling hard ground such as gravel and mudstone with various tools, as well as removing underground structures and precast piles. - Allows for a series of operations from underground obstacle removal to pile construction with the same machine. - Compatible with all-casing piles, earth drill piles, and enlarged base pile methods. - Enables prior removal of underground obstacles and replacement with quality soil for retaining wall piles. - Capable of constructing column-row piles. - Allows for ultra-wall-side construction and narrow space construction with self-developed tools. *Documents can be downloaded from the related links.

Applications/Examples of results
Our multi-drill excavator enables ultra-close wall construction that is difficult for other companies, allowing us to handle challenging projects with numerous achievements and expertise. We receive inquiries from all over the country and respond to our customers' wishes with as much sincerity as possible. <Achievements> ■ Removed a steel pipe pile (L=15m) that could not be extracted using existing pile extraction methods with the SR-45 multi-drill excavator. ■ Removed underground structures at a site where securing an entrance was difficult using the SR-20 multi-drill small drilling machine. ■ Removed underground obstacles such as underground structures, concrete debris, and H-beams that could not be constructed with BG machines or full rotation excavators, using the SR-45. ■ Removal using our self-developed Kelly grab. ■ Conducted underground obstacle removal with overhead restrictions under power lines using the low-headroom middle mast version of the SR-45 multi-drill excavator.
