Provides stable performance for humidity control of various gases.
This device adopts a method of humidifying the raw gas, which is controlled by an internal mass flow controller, using a bubbler, and the amount of humidification is controlled by the temperature of the bubbler water.

basic information
- It is easy to humidify the gas simply by connecting the dry gas line to the device. - The bubbler temperature is controlled by the water temperature, and the stirring pump ensures uniform water temperature, allowing for a stable amount of humidification. - The raw material dry gas flow rate can be manufactured up to 1,000 L/min. (However, the dimensions of the housing may vary depending on the flow rate specifications.) - An automatic water replenishment function can be added for long-term continuous operation. (Optional) - With the input/output function for external signals (optional), the bubbler temperature, piping temperature, and gas flow can be controlled from other devices or a computer, making it easy to import data to data loggers. - The self-diagnosis function is well-equipped with features such as "bubbler water level drop" and "over-temperature." - The materials for gas and liquid contact parts can be specified. (Standard is SUS304)

Applications/Examples of results
- Supply of humidified gas to the electric furnace Humidified gas with a dew point of 80°C is generated by bubbling DRY Air at 20L/min. The generated humidified gas is supplied to catalysts and other components being heated in the electric furnace, creating a humid atmosphere. - Supply of humidified gas to the workpiece Humidified gas with a dew point of 40°C is generated by mixing humidified gas bubbled from DRY N2 at 2L/min with standard dry gas (N2 balance). The generated humidified gas can be supplied to workpieces such as research modules. - Supply of low dew point humidified gas to the chamber Humidified gas with a dew point of -40°C is generated by mixing humidified gas bubbled from DRY Air at 20mL/min with DRY Air. The generated low dew point humidified gas is supplied to the chamber, allowing for the storage of substrates and other items in an atmosphere that suppresses static electricity. - Supply of humidified gas to the fuel cell Anode gas and cathode gas can be supplied to the fuel cell. - Replacement of humidification mechanism parts of other companies' devices By replacing the humidification mechanism parts of other companies' devices with our gas humidification equipment, we improve humidification performance.
