This is a rheometer suitable for rheological measurements of low-viscosity liquids, employing a double cylindrical method with an outer cylinder rotation (capable of measuring viscosity and elasticity). The torque measurement section features a practical elastic hinge bearing developed by AIST, achieving high-sensitivity torque measurement without using air bearings. This eliminates the need for clean air management, allowing for more flexible installation locations. It also contributes to CO2 reduction. Additionally, it is easy to maintain and offers advantages in size and cost. New measurement method: Dynamic viscoelastic measurements can be performed under steady flow conditions.
