The "NRK-M Type" is a fully automatic housing component groove processing machine designed for heavy cutting. With a powerful motor mounted on top and a belt drive system, the processing capability is enhanced, allowing for rapid heavy cutting. The tool axis travel guide uses LM guides to maintain precision over a long period. The front and rear travel of the tool axis is stabilized through ball screw feeding or air-hydraulic methods for consistent cutting operations. 【Features】 ■ Rapid heavy cutting capabilities ■ Processing cycle time is shortened due to the tool jump mechanism ■ Easy operation for anyone through a uniquely developed dedicated operation screen ■ Accurate positioning without cumulative errors 【Other Features】 ■ The positioning operation screen comes standard with a large touch panel ■ By inputting the table feed pitch and cutting count in sequence using the numeric keypad, the table moves and cutting is performed in that order ■ The motor for table movement uses a servo motor ■ Three-speed shifting is possible: high, medium, and low ■ Table movement dimension measurement is conducted using a magnetic scale, allowing for measurements in 0.1mm increments, maintaining accuracy semi-permanently.
