Re-pelletizing waste plastic generated from the manufacturing process! *Prototype service currently available.
Our "Repelletter" is a pelletizing device designed for molding factories that cuts plastic resin extruded from an extruder on the surface of a mold. Due to its hot-cutting method, it produces clean pellets with minimal powder and uniform size. With a total length of about 1300mm, it is compact and space-saving. <For those who are facing these issues> Struggling with the disposal of waste plastic generated in the factory. Want to reduce disposal costs. ↓ ◆ Waste plastic generated from the manufacturing process can be re-pelletized within the factory and mixed with virgin material for use. ◆ By re-pelletizing within the factory, there is no concern about contamination with impurities. *If you send us your raw materials, we will create sample products! Company information
Our company was established in January 1954 with the aim of developing and manufacturing plastic machinery, primarily focusing on extrusion molding machines. The founder of our company conducted fundamental research on the physical properties of polymer materials and the molding of plastics at the Applied Mechanics Laboratory (formerly the Department of Aeronautics) at Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he was previously employed, and was also engaged in the prototype development of plastic machinery. Since then, while responding to the remarkable development of the plastic industry, we have been involved in the development and manufacturing of plastic machinery centered on extrusion molding equipment, providing devices that meet the industry's rapid advancements and earning significant trust from our customers up to the present day.
