We would like to introduce a case study of the exterior wall and roof renovation work at the Iwate Factory of Company S in Oshu City. We had previously requested repairs from other contractors, but we experienced leaks again within 1 to 3 years. Therefore, we conducted a thorough investigation and carried out work on the eastern exterior wall and part of the roof on the second floor using a cover method. "We have had several rainfalls since the repairs, but there have been no leaks. They have extensive knowledge about leaks, and we can trust them completely," was the feedback we received.
