Advanced technology for improving the positioning accuracy of blades through numerical control (NC) with sensors and controllers is a specialty of Japan, aimed at enhancing the precision of machining. However, there is a time delay in the servo motor drive that positions the blade based on sensor measurements, and typically, an offset correction process is required after machining. As a solution to this issue, we would like to propose our patented technology for preventing rotational axis wobble by counteracting rotational resistance. This approach addresses the root cause of the generated wobble rather than merely providing feedback to correct it, making it a fundamental solution rather than a symptomatic one.
