Regenerative brake equipped brushless driver #analog signal #digital signal
NEW VESUS RB Series
Brushless DC motor driver with regenerative braking compatible with analog and digital signals. #RegenerativeBraking #AnalogSignal #DigitalSignal
Our newly developed brushless motor driver with regenerative braking is a regenerative braking brushless DC motor driver (four-quadrant driver) that conventional motor drivers could not adequately support. By using a motor driver with regenerative braking, it is possible to utilize the motor as a brake (generator) when the motor exceeds the specified speed, applying regenerative braking to maintain rotation at the designated speed. It demonstrates its power in situations where the motor is influenced by external forces. These drivers are also referred to as four-quadrant drivers. Instead of decelerating with mechanical brakes like powder brakes, motion control can be easily achieved electrically. When the motor rotates faster than the specified or set speed, it is used as a generator to slow down that speed and apply braking. Four-quadrant drivers are overwhelmingly cheaper compared to servo drivers. This product is recommended for those who do not need a servo but want a certain level of control.

[Specifications] Power Supply Voltage: 24-48 VDC Maximum Output Current: 30 A Maximum Continuous Current: 25 A Weight: 0.85 kg Dimensions: 151 x 97.4 x 57.5 (mm) Signal refers to: 1. An analog signal represents continuous quantities such as voltage, while a digital signal represents discrete quantities such as pulses. It is the act of conveying intentions between two distant points using a specific code that replaces language, such as color, sound, light, shape, or radio waves. It also refers to the code used for this purpose. Sign. "Send a signal" "Danger signal" "Sending signals to migratory birds" (Kenji, Night on the Galactic Railroad) 2. A device that indicates whether progress is possible on roads or railway tracks. Traffic light. Signal. "Ignoring signals" "Red signal"

Applications/Examples of results
Applications requiring regenerative braking for small robots, battery-powered robots, electric forklifts, electric bicycles, electric assist bicycles, and robots with lifting functions. (1) A method of conveying intentions between remote locations using a specific code, or that code itself. Traffic signals using colors, hand signals for confirming shapes, light signals and flag signals used between ships, and other means such as smoke and sound are also employed, but reliable and rapid electrical signals are widely used. Morse code, which combines short and long codes, and current wave codes that utilize positive and negative currents are in use, but the development of wired and wireless telephones has largely replaced these. → Railway signals (2) Symbols used in communication that indicate the speaker's attitude and the relationship with the listener through specific emotional expressions or behavioral instructions are also referred to as signals.
