1. Measure the sample (alcohol) with a dedicated pipette and place it into a beaker. 2. Measure 120cc of tap water, add it to the same beaker, and stir. 3. Transfer the solution from step 2 into a dedicated cup (1.5ml). 4. Suck the liquid from step 3 into the reaction reagent tube and return it to the cup. 5. Set the dedicated cup onto the main unit and start the measurement (approximately 12 minutes). 6. Displayed value × 0.4 = full course concentration (%).
