I would like to introduce an example of what the heater manufacturer Seidokusha is actually doing!
Products from Teitokusha can undergo a full model change, but there are also many opportunities for minor changes through a slight shift in perspective while cherishing the items you are currently using. I would like to introduce a few examples of what we are actually doing. I would be happy if you could share this with everyone in your department and related parties. ■ Improvement of Heating Element Arrangement This is a proposal using ceramic fiber, but due to the thermal characteristics, the lower side inevitably becomes low temperature. Therefore, I proposed an arrangement that collects heat at the bottom. Additionally, it is possible to adjust the thermal capacity by widening or narrowing the coil winding pitch. ■ Heater Uniformity Testing To achieve uniform temperature distribution for heat treatment heaters manufactured for the automotive industry, we are conducting optimization verification tests on workpiece placement, circuit separation, and output adjustments. There are many things that can be realized by making slight improvements while keeping the core intact. I hope that among our customers, there are those who think, "We have been struggling with this too. Let's consult about it."

Company information
Since its founding in 1891, we have progressed as a manufacturer specializing in refractory materials and continue to produce refractory bricks and insulators for electric furnaces. Our main products today are industrial electric heaters, and we excel in the design and manufacturing of heaters for electric furnaces that operate in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, creating them to order. Using metal heating elements, we provide electric furnace heaters that can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, which are used in furnaces for processes such as carburizing and quenching of iron, as well as bending glass. Additionally, as a new product, we have successfully developed and commercialized a hot air generation device by combining metal heating element processing technology with ceramic insulator manufacturing technology. Our motto is to thoroughly address our customers' concerns and challenges and to stay with them until solutions are found. Based on the technology and know-how cultivated over more than 125 years of history and achievements, we are ready to assist with any inquiries related to heat.
