Our self-developed immersion ultrasonic testing system allows for individual setting of flaw detection sensitivity for both inner and outer surfaces by using two amplifiers. Additionally, while increasing the probe withdrawal speed typically results in coarser flaw detection, by setting the pulse repetition frequency (over 30 kHz), it is possible to achieve high-precision flaw detection even when withdrawing quickly for pipes of one inch size or smaller.
