Additionally, by using the included configuration app "PeTooL," it is also possible to output information such as names and ID numbers recorded in the data area. This IC reader supports the output of Japanese characters, including kanji, kana, and katakana, and allows for easy configuration tailored to the system and environment from the computer screen. Its slim, lightweight, and compact size means it can be installed neatly and space-efficiently in any location.

■Ready to use with USB port connection! It operates with the USB Human Interface standard built into Windows OS, so you can simply plug it into a USB port to output the IC card's unique ID (UID, IDm) as a keyboard image. ■The configuration app "PeTooL" also supports outputting data from any block within the card. You can easily configure the following items according to your system and environment from your computer screen: - Select reading UID (IDm) or data - Set data extraction for each type of IC card (up to 2 locations) - Additional settings for header code, IC card type, data length, and terminator - FeliCa's degradation key and MIFARE's key settings used when reading the data area ■Supports output of various characters, including kanji In addition to half-width alphanumeric and kana recorded in the data area, it also supports 2-byte characters (kanji, kana, and katakana). It is possible to delete values that are not recognized as character codes, such as "00h" or "FFh," or replace them with arbitrary characters or spaces before sending. ■Compatible with three types: FeliCa, MIFARE, and I-CODE SLI ■Slim, lightweight, and compact size
