The CellPet CUBE is the latest model of the "CELLFLOAT system," which allows for cultivation while providing gentle shear stress to cells.
Features - The device is compact, so it does not take up much space even when placed inside an incubator. - Culture containers can be attached to both sides of the device, allowing for use in a maximum of two pairs. - By applying shear stress to the cells, differentiation is promoted compared to 2D cultures. - Three-dimensional culture increases gene expression levels compared to two-dimensional culture. - The rotation of the dedicated culture container allows for effective diffusion of the culture medium. - One side of the dedicated container has a high gas exchange membrane, enabling long-term culture. - The dedicated culture containers are available in 100ml and 50ml sizes. - With optional features, scaling up is possible (approximately 600ml).
