The Eco Clean wire surface cleaning device removes scale and residual lubricants, performing cleaning on the wire surface. A pad, which is blended with various types of wire in resin, rotates around the entire circumference of the wire to polish the surface. The pad is selected according to the application and subsequent processes (e.g., wire drawing, heat treatment, plating) to clean to an appropriate surface condition.
