It is a compact and lightweight hand pump.
The single-acting type draws in oil when the lever is moved in one direction and discharges it when moved in the opposite direction. The double-acting type performs both suction and discharge simultaneously with each reciprocating motion of the lever. There are open and closed types of operating mechanisms (lever mechanisms). The closed type lever mechanism is located inside the case (suction chamber) and is circulated with operating oil, so it does not require maintenance. The open type lever mechanism is located on the outside, so timely maintenance (cleaning and lubrication) is necessary.
