The TRLi laser series is a flash lamp-excited Nd:YAG laser system that emits higher pulse energy based on the technology of the compact Nano series. The TRLi ST series adopts a stable telescopic resonator, allowing it to emit pulse laser light with a small divergence angle at a high pulse energy of up to 850 mJ, while enabling arbitrary repetition frequency settings. The TRLi ST series includes a total of six models, starting with a maximum of 850 mJ at 10 Hz, as well as 650 mJ at 10 Hz, 450 mJ at 10 Hz, 800 mJ at 20 Hz, 400 mJ at 20 Hz, and 550 mJ at 30 Hz. In addition to a wavelength of 1064 nm, it offers wavelengths of 532 nm, 355 nm, 266 nm, and 213 nm, with the second harmonic crystal unit modularized. This allows for easy attachment and detachment of the second harmonic crystal unit, enabling wavelength switching without special adjustments. Furthermore, the TRLi ST series features a robust resonator design using a highly stable mirror mount, ensuring long flash lamp life and suitability for industrial applications.
