We accept prototypes and mass production of various harnesses, from automotive signal systems to high-voltage systems. In prototyping, we also manufacture harnesses using the latest connectors at the request of research and development departments from automotive manufacturers and parts manufacturers. In mass production, we have experience with harnesses for car air conditioning, fuel pump systems, main harnesses for snow removal machines and riding lawn mowers, as well as onboard chargers for EV hybrids and lithium batteries for drive systems. We have numerous mass production achievements ranging from crimping, soldering, and shielded cables to small lead wire processing and main harnesses with over 300 circuits. We own about 500 crimping applicators, primarily for automotive use. Founded 91 years ago as "Yashima Automobile Parts Trading Company," our company originated from the automotive parts division of Yashima Motor Co., which was the general importer of Chrysler vehicles in 1926. Over the years, we evolved from supplying repair parts to directly providing mass-produced components to automobile manufacturers, in line with the pre-war and post-war trends of domestic automobile production. At the time of our establishment, the Toranomon area was referred to as Japan's Detroit, yet there were almost no domestic vehicles present, and we had been engaged in automotive-related business even before the domestic production of automobiles began. Today, we have transformed and grown into a technical trading company that directly supplies and sells mass-produced parts to major automobile manufacturers and construction machinery manufacturers.
