The "KX-100" is a filling machine for sandwiches that performs filling of red bean paste in monaka and dorayaki (Mikasa), as well as filling jam and cream in busses. It operates on a conveyor rotary system, allowing one person to supply the monaka dough and perform the assembly work after filling with red bean paste. The operation and stop can be controlled with a foot pedal switch, and the resin molds can be replaced with a single touch.
