The Plasma PIV laser system is a high pulse energy dual-head laser system that employs LD excitation. The pulse energy is emitted at each laser head with a pulse width of 7 to 11 ns, producing 75 mJ at 150 Hz and 60 mJ at 200 Hz. By adopting the LD excitation method, it achieves high pulse energy and a high repetition frequency of up to 200 Hz, allowing operation without a secondary cooler.
