The pressure system is an effective system that stores two types of nibs—a carbide nib for wire drawing and a pressure nib—in a single holder. It generates pressure when the wire is pulled during the drawing process, forcibly applying lubricant to the wire. The pressure nib is made a few percent larger than the wire entry diameter, and the lubricant drawn in is compressed within the internal clearance. The generated pressure allows the lubricant to coat the wire surface, dramatically improving lubrication during the wire drawing process. Both types of nibs are interchangeable, and all products are fully automated in domestic factories in the United States, ensuring stable product quality for safe use.
