In a hydrogen atmosphere bell-type annealing furnace, various cycle times can be shortened, and the control of sealed hydrogen gas within the device can be achieved for processes such as oxide reduction, immersion, spheroidization treatment, and cooling. (RAD-CON AC/APEx, patented) Additionally, while conventional devices take a long time to reach the dew point, the time for oxide reduction can be minimized, and the immersion process can be shortened by a convection system that delivers heat to the vicinity of the rods.
