Technical Data: Textbook on Electric Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plating and Internal Surface Treatment
Explaining tips that help improve the corrosion resistance of products, including the applications and considerations of electric zinc-nickel alloy plating, corrosion mechanisms, and lesser-known internal surface treatment technologies!
This document provides detailed information on the characteristics of electroplated zinc-nickel alloy coatings and internal surface treatments. We may be able to solve issues for products that were previously thought to be impossible to plate on the inside or for which plating was deemed unattainable due to the characteristics of their shapes. If you are struggling with extending the lifespan of your products or improving their corrosion resistance, please feel free to consult us! 【Contents】 ■ Basic knowledge of electroplated zinc-nickel alloy coatings ■ Points to consider for electroplated zinc-nickel alloy coatings ■ Corrosion resistance mechanisms ■ Internal plating treatments ■ Corrosion resistance of zinc-nickel alloy coatings ■ Why was internal plating on bag structures and thin diameters difficult? ■ Scope of internal plating ■ Case study 1 for problem-solving ■ Case study 2 for problem-solving *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Daiwa Excel Co., Ltd. has been primarily engaged in electric zinc plating for "complex-shaped" products, starting with the inner surface plating of fuel pipes for automobiles since its establishment. By creating plating jigs tailored to specific shapes, we accommodate the plating processing of complex-shaped products. Furthermore, we have established a mass production line for "electric zinc-nickel alloy plating" to better meet our customers' needs. The inner surface processing technology we have developed so far has accumulated know-how, enabling us to prevent rust on the inner surfaces (inside and both sides) of pipe-shaped and bag-structured products. We have received positive feedback from customers regarding quality improvement and cost reduction, such as material changes proposed through VA (Value Analysis) from SUS material to more easily processed steel. We aim for further improvement in our technical capabilities and will continue to "challenge" ourselves without being bound by conventional ideas.
