Alternative to caulking: Durable silicone rubber piping cover
Pipe Tight is an innovative piping cover made of silicone rubber, unlike anything seen before. Compared to traditional caulking methods, it offers: - No worries about cracking - A visually appealing and clean space - Airtight seals that prevent the intrusion of water, insects, dirt, mold, and dust - Reduced risk of piping damage from earthquakes and machine vibrations - Easier installation and shorter time required (for ceiling applications, drying time, etc.) - Mitigation of adverse effects on piping penetrations caused by water hammer during CIP cleaning - Reduced condensation For more details, please download the catalog.

basic information
- The base material uses silicone rubber with high physical and chemical stability. - The metal substrate uses SUS316, which has high corrosion resistance. - Hole processing for the cover is easy with a dedicated cutter. - The cover is fixed to the wall using dedicated anchors. - It is rubber-like with high elasticity, fitting perfectly around pipes. - It has high adhesion and is suitable for clean rooms. - Even if the pipes vibrate, the silicone absorbs the shock. - It is an FDA-certified product (21 CFR 177.2600). - It has high weather resistance, suitable for outdoor use, and is resistant to aging. - It can withstand temperatures from -40 to 250°C. - It is resistant to chemicals and can be cleaned with detergents. - It accommodates pipe diameters from 6 to 380mm. - There is a rich lineup for installed piping and electrical cables, among others.

Applications/Examples of results
- Achievements (Food Factory CIP Cleaning) Optimal for customers who adopt CIP cleaning as a method for cleaning piping. The risk of damage to the wall penetration of the piping due to significant vibrations caused by water hammer (steam hammer) during CIP cleaning is eliminated by a structure that absorbs the vibrations of the pipe tight. This also results in a reduction of potential future renovation costs. Thus, the introduction of pipe tight not only ensures airtightness and improves appearance but also enables significant cost reductions from a long-term perspective. - Achievements (Semiconductor Factory Clean Room) Conducted pressure tests to prove there are no leaks (IP34, IP68 standards). Test subjects = Pipe Tight Standard and Grommet. The silicone used in Pipe Tight undergoes annealing (heat treatment, approximately 4 hours at 200°C) during manufacturing, preventing adverse effects on semiconductors due to low molecular siloxane volatilization. Other Achievements - Factories for raw milk, confectionery, and beverages - Factories for semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals Adopted for sanitary piping and equipment.
Detailed information
Line up（6）
| Model number | overview |
|---|---|
| Standard | This is the standard model of Pipe Tight. It has a high level of sealing equivalent to IP34 and is suitable for use in clean rooms. We also offer pre-cut models with pre-drilled holes to match your desired pipe diameter. |
| Recover | This type can be installed on existing piping. It closes the seams of the cover with a dedicated fastener to ensure sealing. |
| Flat | This is a flat type that does not protrude and has a high design quality while saving space. It can also be used as a cover for unused through holes, serving as a sealing solution. |
| Sleeve | This type is for piping of different diameters. It is a pipe cover that fills the gap caused by the difference in diameter when passing a small diameter pipe through a large diameter pipe. |
| Grommet | This type fits into existing holes. It can be installed by fitting it into thin plates such as metal sheets, and there is no need to screw it in. Like the standard model, it exhibits sealing performance equivalent to IP34. |
| Grommet Mini | This is a model compatible with small diameters (6-12mm) of grommets. It is ideal for finishing the penetration points of electrical cables. It complies with IP68 and boasts the highest level of dust and water resistance. |
