Fujisanki Industries has been involved in the manufacturing of ultra-fine slitter machines, which are the basis for gold and silver thread, in the local Kyoto silk industry. We have developed and produced a micro slitter capable of slitting to a minimum width of 0.15 mm, as well as a winder that simultaneously cuts 500 strands of ultra-fine thread while traversing for winding. Our products have been supplied not only domestically but also to approximately 20 countries overseas.
