CAD/CAM for laser processing machine "Sheet Metal Unfolding Module"
Sheet Metal Development Module
It automatically adjusts complicated extension calculations, making it easy to create development drawings.
The sheet metal unfolding module is an option for the CAD/CAM "Naska SQ Laser" for laser processing machines. It automatically adjusts troublesome elongation calculations, making it easy to create unfolding drawings. Registration of elongation values can be done for each material and plate thickness. By registering the values used on-site, you can leverage the know-how from the field. ■ Creation of Unfolding Drawings Flat and side views created in advance using CAD are combined using the surface synthesis command. By simply specifying the surfaces to be combined with the mouse, surface synthesis is performed automatically. Additionally, the surface extraction command creates extraction surfaces for specified parts of the shape. In both cases, the creation of unfolding drawings is carried out while automatically adjusting the pre-set elongation values. ■ Bending List You can create a list of bending information such as valley/peak bends, inner radius values, bending angles, elongation values, and bend line lengths. <Trial Version> We have a trial version available for you to test the product's operation! Please feel free to contact us.

Company information
Godo Solutions is a comprehensive domestic manufacturer of NC machine tool software, including CAD/CAM, NC machining simulation, and NC program communication. We handle everything from development to sales and support in-house. Known affectionately as "Naska," our products have been well-received in many manufacturing sites, with a cumulative total of approximately 51,000 units (120,000 licenses) provided. *In 2007, we changed our company name from "Hamamatsu Goudou Co., Ltd." to "Godo Solutions, Inc." Since our founding, we have aimed to develop products that are easy for anyone to understand. We invite you to try our software, which incorporates feedback from numerous production sites, considerations for safety, and know-how to prevent mistakes. In 2019, we began offering CAD/CAM and NC machining simulation through a new "subscription" model, allowing users to access these services for an annual fee. With a "subscription," you can start using the product at a significantly reduced cost compared to traditional implementation expenses.
