This device is a static constant voltage power supply using a self-capacitance control method with a control reactor, thyristor, and filter in the main circuit. It detects the deviation of the output voltage due to input fluctuations and load variations as an effective value. It amplifies this signal to control the thyristor, achieving stabilization of the output voltage.
