The "Blue Trans Illuminator" is a light source suitable for applications where fluorescence is observed and captured using blue excitation, such as with SYBR Green. It employs precision optical thin-film filters across the entire surface of the light-emitting area, effectively cutting out the green component from the light source, thereby achieving high S/N ratio detection.
